Inventovia
Point of sale · Offline-first

The till that keeps selling.

Inventovia is a POS for shops where the network isn't a given. Ring up sales with no signal, close your shift, print the receipt — it all syncs when the connection comes back.

Free to start · 14-day Growth trial · no card needed

The Inventovia back office: a month of sales — gross, refunds, discounts, net and profit — a daily revenue chart, and how customers paid, mobile money first.

Payment methods belong to you.

Name how your shop gets paid — “MTN MoMo” in Accra, “PayPay” in Tokyo, “Card machine” anywhere — and the till tabs, the receipts, and the by-tender reports follow. Customers pay you on your own number or your own terminal; Inventovia records it and keeps the books straight.

We never sit between you and your money, and we never take a cut of a sale.

  • Your names on the till's tabs, your details on the receipt
  • Reports split by tender, so each account reconciles
  • Credit is a tender too — sell now, collect later, tracked
  • Nothing routed through us — ever

Lights out, network down — the queue doesn't wait.

Sells with no signal

Every sale is recorded on the till itself and synced when the connection returns. Nothing is lost in between — the network is a convenience, not a requirement.

Shifts close offline too

Open the drawer with a float, sell all day, and close with a Z-report computed on the device — expected cash against counted cash, whether or not there's a bar of signal.

Staff PINs, offline

Cashiers sign in with a PIN, and what each person may do — refunds, discounts, price changes — is yours to decide. It's enforced at the till, connection or not.

Selling by this afternoon.

01

Pick your country of business — it sets your currency, so pick where you actually sell.

02

Add your products

One by one, or import the whole catalog in one go.

03

Pair a till

An Android phone or tablet is enough. Pair it from the dashboard with a one-time code.

04

Sell

With or without signal. The books keep themselves.

The whole shop, from anywhere.

Products, stock, prices, margins, staff, and the day's numbers — live from any browser while the tills run the floor. The real dashboard, on a demo shop:

The Inventovia back office products page: a shop's catalog with categories, cost, price and margin per product, label printing, and search.

Built for shops that look like yours.

Provision stores & retail

Fast keys or barcode scans, stock that counts itself down, and a debtors list for the regulars you serve on credit.

Restaurants & cafés

Kitchen mode sends orders to a screen in the kitchen instead of a shout across the room — and the till keeps taking orders.

Salons & services

Services are products too: price the work, track who did it, and see each person's sales at the end of the week.

Multi-branch shops

Each branch keeps its own stock and its own tills; you see every branch — together or side by side — from one dashboard.

Everything a shop actually uses.

Scan, print, label

Barcode scanners work out of the box, receipts print to Bluetooth thermal printers, and shelf labels print straight from your catalog.

Sell on credit

Serve trusted regulars now, collect later: a credit limit per customer, and a debtors book that always knows who owes what.

Loyalty points

Regulars earn points on what they buy and spend them at the till — your rate, your point value, your rules.

Haggling is normal here

Tap a line, change the price, done. The catalog price is kept beside the sold price, so you always see what was given away.

Refunds, controlled

Refunds land back in the right drawer and on the right shift — and who may give one is a permission you grant.

Discounts that report

Line and order discounts, permission-gated, and totaled in their own report — so generosity is a decision, not a leak.

Stocktakes & shrinkage

Count the shelf, record damage and expiry, and see what shortfalls cost — recurring shrinkage usually has a name.

Reports that answer questions

Sales by item, category, employee, and payment type. Discounts, taxes, receipts — with export.

Your staff, your rules

Per-cashier PINs with permissions you set — who can refund, who can discount, who just sells.

Purchase orders & low stock

See what's running out before it runs out, raise a purchase order, and receive it into stock when it lands.

Tax, the way it files

Model your components — like Ghana's VAT and levies — as they're actually filed, and the Taxes report adds them up.

An API when you're ready

API keys and outbound webhooks on the Business plan, so your own systems can read the shop the moment something sells.

Free to start. Grow when the shop does.

Free caps the analysis, never the export — your sales history is yours, on every plan.

Asked before, answered plainly.

Does it really work offline?

Yes — offline is the design, not a fallback. The till keeps its own records and treats the cloud as somewhere to sync, not something to depend on. Sell all day with no signal; when the connection returns, everything reconciles.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

You drop to Free — one till, still selling. You're never locked out of your shop or your data, and there's no card to forget about because we never asked for one.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. Payments go to your own accounts and your own terminals — Inventovia records them and keeps the books. Our only revenue is the subscription.

Which countries and currencies?

Sign up from any of 247 countries. Your country of business sets your currency and your tax setup — a shop in Accra sells in GHS, a shop in Nairobi in KES, a shop in Tokyo in JPY, and the receipts, reports, and tenders follow.

Can I export my data?

Yes, on every plan including Free. Your sales history is yours — plan limits shape the analysis we compute for you, never your access to your own records.

Open the till.

Signing up takes a minute, and the free plan is free forever.
